Our return policy is for 14 workdays. Any return or exchange is not applicable beyond 14 workdays from the purchase date. 

Please note that our 14-day return policy requires that the item be returned and posted within the 14-day period from the date of delivery. This means that the package must be shipped and postmarked within the specified timeframe to qualify for a return or exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please take note of the following conditions:

1. Intact Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

2. Odor-Free: Products must be returned without any distinct odors, including perfumes, smoke, or food scents.

3. Stain-Free: Items should not have any stains, marks, or traces of makeup.

Please make sure to adhere to these guidelines to facilitate a hassle-free return or exchange. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Policy for Sale Items

Please note that all products purchased during our sale are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds in the form of cash or credit card reversals for sale items. If you wish to return a sale item, you will receive a store credit equivalent to the amount paid. This credit can be used for future purchases with us.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet these conditions.

Our Return method

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account on our website using the email you used during your purchase. If you don't have an account, don't worry! You can still proceed by logging in with the email address you provided at the time of your order.

2. Once logged in, navigate to the 'Returns' section or 'My Account' page where you'll find the option to initiate a return.

3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request, providing details such as the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

4. After submitting your return request, our team will review it and approve the return if it meets our return policy criteria.

5. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Only then should you proceed to ship the package back to us using the address provided on the return form.

Please ensure to read the return form included with your order thoroughly for the complete return instructions and any additional details.

If the return is not registered we cannot process the return.

Once the package is accepted by us, it takes up to 14 business days for the return to be processed.

 

Pre loved products:

Please note that we do not accept returns for items from our previously rented collection that are being sold.

  • Jewelry may not be exchanged or returned for reasons of hygiene.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Only defective or damaged products are subject to replacement. If the exact item needs to be exchanged. Send us an email at info@ameeracollection.com. 

Product Return Cost

We do not take any restocking fees.

Customers will be responsible for their shipping charges for returning any incorrectly purchased items. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
