Our return policy is for 14 workdays. Any return or exchange is not applicable beyond 14 workdays from the purchase date. 

Products return conditions

To be eligible for a returned item, your item must be unused and in the same or new condition that you got it. It must be in its original packing.

Our Return method

To return the product, you must mail us at info@ameeracollection.com and send your product to Noordmolenstraat 61B 3035 RH Rotterdam, Netherlands. When you are going to return the product, you have to include the following information in your return request:

  • Provide the order number
  • Your name
  • Purchase proof(Order information Screenshot or video)
  • Reasons for return

Sometimes, for a refund or product replacement, you might need to submit a video or photo of the defective or damaged item as proof.

Once we get and confirm your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you’ll get a confirmation email that your return has been completed. If there is a refund, it will be issued within 5-7 working days. Please note that relying on your bank or credit card company will take another 3-4 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Product Return Cost

We do not take any restocking fees.

Customers will be responsible for their shipping charges for returning any incorrectly purchased items. The cost of shipping is not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
